ABOUT LIZ LOTOCHINSKI

WORKING FOR MY CLIENTS

Liz Lotochinski has bought and sold real estate for more years than she can remember. Prior to joining Alleda Real Estate, she devoted her time to corporate sales and marketing, volunteer efforts and non-profit work. Most recently, Liz was the District Manager for Junior Achievement of Central Oregon – a financial literacy non-profit for K-12 students.

Born in Montreal (she is a naturalized US Citizen), Liz has lived in Ottawa and Toronto; Athens, Greece; Nashville, Knoxville, New Orleans, Washington, DC; Dallas, San Francisco and San Jose.

Liz moved to Bend at the end of 2002, buying a ranch in Tumalo. There, she and her two sons enjoy the antics of three boarded horses, 12 chickens, 1 rooster, three cats and a dog. Her passions include international travel, good food, great wine, warm evenings looking at the Cascade mountains, hiking, kayaking, hosting BBQs and keeping up with her sons.

Ensuring her clients’ real estate needs and dreams are fulfilled is her primary motive for this profession.
